A crisp Kölsch brewed with Pilsner, wheat, Vienna, Bavarian Pilsen, and acid malts, lightly hopped with Contessa and Erebus. Featuring washed pink bourbon coffee grown by Sebastian Ramirez from El Placer in Colombia, fermented with lavender yeast and roasted by Iconik Coffee Roasters in Santa Fe. Finished with Los Poblanos lavender. Tasting notes: mandarin orange, white wine, raspberry, creamy coffee, and floral lavender.
